About THE PROJECTIn our project, we want to encourage both teachers and students to become digitally active in education, learn about safer internet, improve their ICT competences and make them use these competences efficiently, enjoy teaching and learning. Through our project teachers and students will use some useful web 2.0 tools in lessons, communicate and cooperate with each other. The lessons will be more enjoyable, students will be more active and at the same time, their creativity, success in lessons and their foreign language skills will improve. In addition, a step on flipped classroom method will be taken.
AIMS
-To improve foreign language and ICT skills
-To use technology in a positive way -To learn and practise Web 2.0 tools in lessons -To learn about different cultures -To guide students to see importance of technology in education. -To motivate them to use technological tools for education via safe internet. -To raise awareness of digital literacy. -To increase students' motivation, creativity and success. |

January: Teachers introduce themselves by writing on a padlet. Students introduce themselves by using Voki. Sharing information about schools and cities. Adding schools on ZeeMap.
February: Arranging school eTwinning boards/corners. Organising groups of partners for preparing posters about Safer Internet Day with Canva and choosing the best one using Tricider. March: Creating learning activities using Kahoot. April : Preparing a lesson material with Story Jumper or Book Creator. May: Organising learning activities with LearningApps. Preparing the project website. Teachers share their opinion about the project on a padlet. June: Creating a common product for the project with all the partners(It can be an e-book, a comic book or a magazine). Project assessment. All teachers and students will work on these activities monthly and share their work in Twinspace. |
